mikinkey.com and the Monster Survival Guide game · Last updated 30 October 2026
The game will show ads, measure how it's played, and sell items in the game. This page says what we keep, who else sees it, and how to delete it.
What we keep
In your browser: your game save (progress, the name you chose, your trophies).
On our server, once you reach level 4 and the map goes public: a random player key your browser makes, your name, your level, where you are on the map, what you carry, and your cottage with its recent events. Other players see your name, level, position and cottage.
If you sign in:
- Your email address.
- With Apple, Google or Facebook: the ID they give us for you and the email they share. Apple may give a private relay address instead of your real one.
- Your game save, so you can play on another device.
- Your sign-in sessions. We store only a scrambled copy of each.
- With an email code: the code, scrambled, for 10 minutes.
We ask Apple, Google and Facebook for your email address only. Never your friends, posts or photos.
Cookies
msg_sessionkeeps you signed in, for up to 180 days.msg_oauthlasts 10 minutes while you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook.
Ads and analytics add their own cookies and similar tools. We'll list them here when they're added, and ask you first where the law requires it.
Ads and analytics
The game will show ads, and use analytics to see how it's played and what to fix. The companies that provide them can collect information from your device, such as an advertising ID, your IP address and rough location, the kind of device and browser, and what you do in the game, and use it to show and measure ads.
- Where the law requires it, we'll ask before turning these on, and you can change your mind later.
- We'll name each company on this page when it's added, with a link to its own privacy policy.
- We won't show personalised ads to players we know are under 16.
Buying things
When you buy something in the game, a payment provider (or your app store) takes the payment. We get a record of what you bought, when, and the price, so it's added to your account. We never see or keep your full card details.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data above. Your IP address passes through it to load the site.
- Resend sends sign-in code emails.
- Apple, Google, Facebook, only if you sign in with them. Their own privacy policies apply on their side.
- Ad and analytics companies, once ads and analytics are added. They'll be named here.
- Payment providers, when you buy something.
How long
Until you delete it. Sign-in sessions end after 180 days and email codes after 10 minutes. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, even after you delete your account.
Deleting your data
Signed in, in the game:
- Open the menu and choose Account.
- Click Delete account twice.
This deletes your account, its sign-in links and sessions, your saved game, and your player and cottage on the shared map. It happens straight away.
Not signed in: choose Reset progress on the game menu. It clears your browser's save and removes your player and cottage from the map.
Signed in with Facebook: you can also remove the app in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and email us to delete the rest.
Or email vickybntna@gmail.com with the email address you signed in with, or your player name. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
Children
The game isn't meant for children under 13. If a child under 13 has signed in, email us and we'll delete the account.
The rules
The rules for playing are on the terms page.
